A server banker is separate from township Banker/TiC.

ah, in that case, then yes, @thunderstarcat, you can be the banker. no promised spot on council though

Town Banker basicly works as the town Third in Command, and in my towns he is in the Council. The town banker can sell the town's gold, so it should only be given to someone you trust 100%

the way the council works, the citizens vote the 6 council members in. the TiC, and myself are not on the council, we are the tiebreakers and do other things, sort of like the president/VP
