im not sure hwat you mean, the SiC was picked, and will (unless he runs) not be on the council, he will be one of the tiebreakers if he is on the council, the council will pick another tiebreaker that is not on the council

Having three tiebreakers seems like a bad idea, in cases of Canadian Parliament, the tiebreaker is the Speaker of the House and only votes in deadlock situations. Having more than one could lead to issues down the road.

its not the best idea, but i dont want to give myself/SiC/banker a form of power but not auto council spots, and a tiebreaker is needed. also, since god hates me, i can't get on the server the first day, so @pr0jectpat and @drm2999 are in charge until the next day, i really dont want to miss the opening, but i have something much more important
