we should probably find a super mountain biome for the emeralds, and i kind of wanted to base the town on a hill.
also, @EtKEnn, im probably going to run the town government on a version of the nordic model, coule you better explain the model to me?

Canada can be relatively left-wing when the Liberal party is in power. But since Harper and the Conservatives have a majority, its basically a temporary dictatorship.

Ugh, it's so complicated. It's based on montisqui's (French revoluniary) ideas for a government type. The power of the country is split into 3 categories. The ''Regjeringen'' which is the place were the Prime minister and his Minister sits + The King. ''Stortinget'' where represants from all over the country, chosen every election, sits and makes decisions that they bring to ''Regjeringen''. ''Domstolen'' which is the people who control the law etc. If the ''Domstol'' gives a terrorist a long lawsuit that costs million of Kroner (Norwegian valuta), the Regjering or Storting can't interfere whatsoever. So basicly, the 3 different categories has the power in their own area of the State. It's all called ''Maktfordelingsprinsippet'' or ''Power Distribution Principle'' (Taken from Google Translator).

I don't know if that makes sense or not. The people of the town would vote for their represants in the ''Storting'' (Kinda like Senate I think), then the winning political party in an election forms a ''Regjering'' with his allied parties where the Prime Minister (Leader of winning party) gives out Minister positions to people from his own party and allied parties. I am not so sure about the ''Domstol'' though, however I don't think you'll need anything like a Domstol in a Minecraft town, lol.

That's how things work in Norway atleast, however I might have explained it so terribly noone understood it. Also, Stockholm is the Capital of Sweden, so it might be different over there.

Edit: The leading party of Norway right now are the Left Wing parties (Socialistic parties), but one of the Major Right wing parties are coming back really strong the last 4 years (Thank goodness)

i want this when the town develops later on, and i have enough citizens to make parties like this. at first, il just have a Cumulative bank and direct voting. Norway is the happiest country in the world for a reason, etk. also, thanks for explaining so well :) and what is the name of this form of government?
EDIT: changing name to Olso
