For 8 months,
the holy of the Realm have watched,
Watched for the time to cleanse. The time to wipe clean the stains of Herocraft,
That time is now.
Town Name: Mineris
Mayor: NumdgJr
SiC: - Shadownub - Timewarp01
Location of town: x: 1400
z: 64
The foundation of the Realm of Vengance, Mineris presents itself to the community of Herocraft.
It's monolithical size represents the backbone for the RoV.
It welcomes those who have skill in stone masonry, making fortunes through merchantry, cleansing the scum of Herocraft, adding life to the town and banding together to aid Vengence.
Whilst we are a passive nation, we will strike with force those who oppose us.
_________________________________________________________________Rules
1. Loyalty - Whilst not so much a rule, this is one of the most important aspects of the RoV. If no one had loyalty and did not do simple things like pay taxes, there would be no RoV.
2. Respect - Not only should you be respectful to your fellow townies, but also to other friendly and neutral towns. If you act like a jack ass on the server, not only do you look bad, we do.
3. Honesty - Even though it shouldn't have to be mentioned, thievery and dishonesty is a crime punishable by a kick/removement from the RoV.

Rankings
The RoV as a whole contains a ranking system which determines one's place within society and the level of power they have within the Realm. Though all ranks are treated with respect and have rights within the Empire, a higher ranking indicates a higher level of trust and advancement through the Realm itself.
There are three branches of Ranking: Lore, Combat and Political.
All new members begin at NEWBORNE ranking, and the regular ranking is CITIZEN.
In effect, there are three tiers of ranking as a result: Sub-Town, Kingdom and Realm.
The rankings are, from lowest to highest:
0. Newborne (For newcomers to the Empire only - while you get to know us and we get to know you)
1. Citizen (All the regular rights)
2. Priest if you've followed a lore path, knight if you've followed a combat path, steward if you've followed a political path.
3. Prophet, Hero, Noble.
4. Blessed, Warlord, Minister.
5. Emperor.
Ranking 2 is Sub-Town, Ranking 3 is Kingdom, and Ranking 4 is Realm - These corrospond with the benifits you recieve. For example, a Priest(ess) recieves benifits in his or her hometown, while a Hero(in) recieves benifits in his or her Kingdom, and a Minister recieves benifits in the entire Realm. The nature of the benifits depends on the path of ranking that one will have chosen, to ensure that everyone gets to cater for their own style of gameplay and has fun doing their own thing.

TaxAll citizens of the RoV must pay a tax to pay for upkeep and to maintain the empire, as well as to continue economic growth.
Taxes will vary based on the profits of the RoV and how many members are available paying tax at any one time. Tax payment is mandatory for anyone but Newborne, which is a temporary ranking.
There is currently no tax payment as the town is not yet established and no upkeep is required to be paid. However, donations remain welcome.
