It was an issue with my loops, it didn't check for enchanter xp. I'll make a post here when I've uploaded the new version.

Spoutcraft is not compatible with modloader.

That's a shame. I'll try and make a spoutcraft compatible version when I get around to it.
(While still keeping compatibility with the other mods)

1. I love it but can you make the mana bar smaller and centered at the top of something like that.
