Town Information:
Oslo will run similar to most towns, but we believe in general welfare, so there will be two cumulative banks: one for gold, which will be collected,sold, and put in the town treasury, and coin, which will be collected and redistributed. all decisions in the town will be voted upon, including declarations of war.
Later on, the town will run in a parliamentary style government. every month,there will be 6 elected, bringing similar/different ideas on how the town should run. if there are , say 10 people that want to be in the parliament, they will bring there ideas forward, and the town will vote. if there is an extremely large amount of citizens that want to be elected, say 20, the nominees will be split into two groups, and each group will vote for each other, until narrowed down to six.

Rules:
1: all server rules must be followed at all times
2: we plan to be very neutral, do not attack unless attacked and do not let anyone unknown into the town.
3: do not attack any town members
4: do not mine directly under your house, go out of the regions or use the town mine

Also, this is just an idea, but i am willing to let any guild use Oslo as there base town, if the guild leader fills out this app:

If a guild does apply here and the town goes on to hamlet, all i ask is they pay 80% of what a usual guild region would cost, so it would be cheaper to base a guild here.
