So I think Fire's design is better personally but will the pattern just transition from the old tower design to the new half way up, or will we redo the whole tower?

it will probably just transition first then once were finished that part well redo the rest of the tower
plus jaif i think making a design is a great idea

I do not believe we should keep the same tower dimensions, we are going up a long way and we do not wish it to look to spindly. Remember, as mayor, I have final say. We should first see all designs, but I really would like to move away from our current spindly floor layout. @TehGreenBean You're accepted, talk with me or wildarm5 in-game to get set up in town. I am online right now and a port would be very nice. Of course that is if you arent busy

I mean that I think Daz's idea of Buffing up the bottom section of the tower and having a wider tower all the way up is the best idea. Also remember that Dazureus is the Skyforge's official architect, and has the most say after me in this. We should get a council set up, like we had in Zeal SF.
