I am not sure I personally think they should be distributed amongst the levels. It's already going to be 100% harder with the existing changes for the launch and for new players after the launch. If the point is to get people to work with others for certain crafts then I believe that it already done. Adding a level cap to the recipes will just make like even more difficult for newer players.

For instance, no obsidian will be able to be mined until someone has mastered Crafter, and then specced into Miner or Smith and then reached level X to make a diamond pick. That's a lot to ask for making a tool that is generally available to anyone established

Just my 2 cents.

Yavool I checked this with @Kainzo. The intent is for Crafter to make all blocks, but not to be able to reverse craft into ingots/dust necessarily. That is still determined by whether they need the individual items for their crafts...

I can see how coal, redstone and iron would be needed by Crafter, do you think?
