  2. Location & Age: Canada, I'm currently fifteen.
  3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): There are a few I do not remember, that you could dig upon if you so wish, there are some recent bans that I have for using hack clients and flying around and killing people witch is not okay, I know this now. If you do wish to dig upon other bans cause I tried and couldn't find that many I know I have more than 3, most for using Nodus but, I don't use that on good servers I like.. I usually just used nodus to trash the server like.. trash talk but more about flying around and stuffs.. I won't use hack clients for that is not allowed to use them and they are not on my Jar anymore.

Creating another application will not void your decision of your proctor. Your bans for hacking are too recent. Feel free to re-apply at a later date.
You can play on the server via the greylist for the time being.
