So looks like multiplayer is broken. When ever I join the server I can't pick up or interact with anything. This persists through other worlds and characters. It fixes on restart, but still is a problem. It also seems that multiplayer's map and chat are broken.

You sure this is a persistent multiplayer bug, or just on one server? I played just fine on another server(that had 120 people on at the time).

That means that more than likely, you are in a queue of sorts - try again later. The cap is 10 players and it's being hit by 50-60 players.

The server is capped. Sorry - we're working on it but there's not a lot we can do.

Especially since the server only runs on Windows and all of our actual server machines are running Linux... it's been extremely problematic.
