    Bug Bonemeal on grass sometimes fails

    Sometimes bonemeal used on grass will fail due to permissions. The bonemeal tries to spawn "Long grass", resulting in the message "You're not allowed to place Long grass (#31:1).". I'm unsure as to why players are unable to place Long grass, whatever that is.
