Suggestion Add IC 5000 to Engineers

I think engineers should get IC 5000, perhaps at level 45. IC 5000 lets people create ICs which are programmable ingame using a basic scripting language nicknamed 'Perlstone.' Perlstone can only do logic operations, and can't detect world stuff, or spawn in items like some ICs can. I think level 45 would be good, because the last logic IC is granted at level 42, and everything past that is just different types of detectors.

EDIT: the IC 5032 would also be nice, it allows use of Perlstone32,
a 32bit version of perlstone. However, It's not as big of a deal

This is a brilliant idea. I also think that engineer's should be allowed to write books, seeing that books are the most convenient way to write your Perlstone code.
