I need to add, we are a pretty friendly town. We do not have any problems like stealing (I can't remember the last incident). We also have very close by allied towns that can help out if we are raided.

Well, we are pretty flexible right now. We are just cleaning or the inactives, from there we should have about 3 empty plots. Once all plots are taken by active people, we will probably introduce some sort of system to encourage the rich to have plots.
