  2. Location & Age: New York, USA and 15 Years of Age.
  3. Previous Bans from other Servers: None at all.
  4. How did you hear about Herocraft?: I didn't hear about it from anyone. I was browsing through Planet Minecraft and Google for good RPG servers and Herocraft was the first result to come up.
  5. Referral(s)[Optional]: I have not had anyone refer me to Herocraft.
  6. Have you voted for Herocraft?: Yes I have.
  7. Have you subscribed to our YouTube Channel?: Yes I have.
  8. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: I agree to Herocraft EULA & ToS.
  9. Special key (DON'T LEAVE BLANK!): {HCX15}
  10. Reason you should be accepted: I believe that I should be accepted for whitelist to Herocraft because I am not a person to take things like power or anything like that to the head. I am a person of calm mind and body who can handle the privilege of being whitelisted to this so far amazing server. I am a huge fan of RPG style Minecraft servers and would really appreciate being accepted for whitelist to such a server as Herocraft.
