3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): Yes I have been banned from one server. I know that my offense is serious but I beg of you to overlook it. I was banned for x-ray more than a year ago and I have learned from my mistakes. I only used x-ray on that server and I never will use it again. Apparently I have also been banned from another server for griefing according to mcbans but I don't even remember logging onto that server. It's possible that my sister did that while she was using my account because she forgot her info so please ignore this.

8. Reason you should be accepted: I am a mature and trustworthy player. I am also a very helpful person. This server is a very unique one and I really want to get the chance to play it. I will abide to all of the rules you have put in place and only use mods approved by the server.

10. Additional Info: I just wanted to let you know that my profile says I was born in 1990 and this is a mistake, I will look into contacting an administrator about that as soon as possible. Also, I really hope that you will overlook my ban history. I will never use x-ray again and I have also never griefed another player's property when it was not allowed.

Well like i said about the griefing ban I know 100 percent sure that was not me. I dont even know when the ban was. So excluding the griefing ban my x-ray ban was over a year ago, I don't remember exactly when. I stopped using x-ray when i got banned so it would also be over a year ago.

After doing some research, I am willing to give you a chance on the whitelist. However...

• Hacking in any form is not tolerated. End result is a ban with little to no chance of being appealed
• Any action taken by your account is your responsibility. The excuse "so-and-so did it" is unacceptable if you happen to get banned.
