  2. Location & Age: Massachusetts; 13. (Note: I said my age was 16 when I was creating my profile. This is because I didn't feel comfortable about revealing my age and I didn't know it was necessary for my application. Sorry about that.)

  5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: Browsing minecraftforum.net earlier today and stumbled upon this server.
  6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: I have. (However, I forgot to enter my name on Planet Minecraft.)
  7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes.
  8. Reason you should be accepted: I've read all of the rules very carefully, and I've been doing some extensive reading on the wiki as well. I've never been banned from any servers before. I will treat all staff members and other players with respect. I'd love to play with you guys; Herocraft seems like an awesome community.
