I let my cousin, who does not own his own account, play on mine (due to internet safety issues with his parents). I replied with my own knowledge of bans caused by me.

I cannot say your answer satisfies me, as it raises more questions than it answers. Does he have permanent access to the account? Will he play here if the account is whitelisted? Does he also use your name for his forum accounts? I have found ban appeals in your name, as well as applications where you mention it. Was he the one who posted those threads? Can you honestly say you had no knowledge of the ban, whether caused by you or not? It must have caused you issues on other servers, as the post I have found seem to indicate. Were you hoping perhaps that I would miss it?

I will answer your questions as much as are willing to ask.

In order of your questions:

No, use of the account is temporary until a solution is crafted with his parents and can be disabled at any time.

No, if this account is whitelisted the cousin will not log on. I will disable access if he logs on immediately.

No he does not use my name on his forum accounts.

The ban appeals are his alone. I (the owner of the account) has never been banned.

He was most definitely the ones that posted the threads as I usually play on non-whitelist servers.

I honestly have no knowledge of the ban.

Hopping that you'd miss these instances of bans would be folly. Google is an extremely powerful tool and I'm not blind to that fact.

I am inclined to give you the benefit of the doubt. However as the ban is recent (about a month), I do not think I can.
If you can play on the Greylist for a few weeks without incident, bump the app and I will revisit my inclination. Keep in mind that if your cousin does gain access to the server and causes trouble, You will be held accountable for his actions. It wasn't me someone else used my account does not work as an excuse here.
Playing on the Greylist will allow you to do everything there is to do on Herocraft with the exception of building on the main map. Building on the greylist worlds, as well as leveling and combat is unrestricted.
