How did you hear about Herocraft?: I was in a skype chat with a friend that plays on the server (Ebilaxe) and he brought up the server. I looked into it and found about all of the neat plugins, And how different the server is from vanilla.
Have you voted for Herocraft ?: Yes, Not evey time though.
Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes

As to my knowledge I have never used a hacked client nor do I recall being on that server. But the second ban was part true. Yes I have griefed a server. But this could be as far back as 2010, Which I was a few years younger than I am now and was very new too the game . But the racist part was completely false.
