3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain): I was banned from a Tekkit server recently for using a "banned" item. Somehow, the item had been banned, but they still allowed people to make it (instead of taking the wise step of blocking the recipe). I never knew the item was banned, and when I was caught using it I was instantly banned from the server.

5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: I say it on Minestatus, and have been browsing the forums and reading the wiki.
6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: Not yet. I want to be accepted first.
7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes I do.
8. Reason you should be accepted: Because I will add a lot of PvP roleplay to this server. I am active on faction PvP servers and like to be part of a team that has alliances/rivalries with other teams.

10. Additional Info: This server looks absolutely awesome. I am amazed at the amount of work that has been put into the Heros plugin, and would *LOVE* to test it out! I play soccer off and on, not really in a league but just recreationaly with my friends. To keep fit, I do a lot of long distance running, and in fact ran a marathon a few years ago. I've gotten out of shape since then, me and a friend are hoping to run a marathon in Richmond this November. As far as games go, I used to play a lot of N64 and Gamecube games when I was younger, but after starting college I dropped all those. All I play now is Minecraft
