Whitelist Application For WCCDMVZ

Hello Herocraft staff, I would like to get whitelisted and here is my application:
  1. Minecraft In-game name: WCCDMVZ (all caps) is my minecraft IGN.
  2. Location & Age: I currently live in Portland, Oregon And I m 11 years of age.
  3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): I have had many bans and I have been playing minecraft for 2 years now, and i have forgotten a great deal of the reasons but, i cant tell you that my most recent ban was for spamming on a server that had the worst admins and a moderator blew up my base with antimatter on voltz.
  4. Referral(s)[Optional]: I have referred EnderLord89.
  5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: I heard about it on the minecraft forums.
  6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: yes I have.
  7. Have you subscribed to our YouTube Channel? (Optional): No I Have not.
  8. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes I agree to EULA and ToS
  9. Special key (DON'T LEAVE BLANK!): HCW7
  10. Reason you should be accepted to Minecraft RPG Server: I would like to be accepted because I have a love for PvP and even though i may not be the best at it I still like it.

Thank you for your interest in Herocraft. Unfortunately you are not old enough to accept our ToS and per COPPA laws cannot be whitelisted. You can wait until you are 13 to re-apply or buy whitelist access at http://hc.to/premium

May I please be on this server? I have been looking for a good server that has the heroes plugin, but I have not been able to find one. This server is the only server I have found that is online and running has friendly staff and has not banned me for absolutely no reason. I understand that I am 11 years of age and I am not 13 or older yet, but saying because your not 13 is not a nice rule at all. There are many 9, 10, 11 year old kids playing on your server and they lie about their age. I am just asking for a fun server to play on with my friends, please.
P.S. Why is there even a rule you have to be 13 or older? The rules say no bad language towards another player, so why would there be an age limit? Is it because staff use vulgar language, the players do it whether the rules say it or not? Because I have not encountered any of that so I ask again, May I please be on this server?

As I said, per COPPA laws you cannot be whitelisted unless you wait until you 13 or buy whitelist at http://hc.to/premium
