Ok.... Sorry for lying I was worried I wouldn't get accepted onto those servers :/ I'm actually born on 2000 June 26.

That makes you 12. Unfortunately, per our ToS you do not meet the minimum age required at this time. You can however reapply when you turn 13 on June 26, 2013. I look forward to reviewing your application at that time.
