As you might have noticed that server was a small unprofessional server hosted locally by a 12 year old kid that decided the ban me and the few other players that were on it for no reason.

I'll go by order then,
The first one I got mad because they had started insulting me I know that I didn't handle it well however you can also tell he cut out parts of the screenshot to hide the fact that he started the argument and insulted me first.
The second one I was not aware that griefing wasn't allowed due to a moderator trolling me and telling me it was.
The third one was me just trolling with a admin a bit which you might have read was dealt with by him telling me in game to tone it down a bit (yes the admin was trolling too).
Now if i might add the only one on which I was banned was the second on cnation none of the others were a serious offence, and the reason I didn't add it on the application was simply because they for what I can recall were minor 1 day bans and I didn't even remember them.
Oh and might I ask why you are making such a big deal about being whitelisted?

Did you even read what I said? I didn't even remember I had them before you brought them up due to them being short or insignificant.
