3. Previous Bans (Includes other servers): None ive never been banned, i found out my account was hacked mcbans said i was banned, i went and searched on reddit and found out that 10.000 accounts got hacked and my name was in it, here are some links to see:

6. Additional Info: Ive had my own server for a while it stopped because i could not make my server better, they all left and i stopped it, since then i searched for server and this server seems great (IRC says that).

I see two bans for spamming, and another ban for being an alt account of pikachu195. Also being part of a griefing team, and more spam.

Seems pikachu195 has a few bans for spamming, and being part of a DDOS team.

Oh in that case I am sorry but I will have to deny your application. Our rules do not allow multiple players on the same account. There is nothing stopping your brother from coming onto the server and causing issues.

but my brother doesnt play minecraft anymore he is making a GTA server right now :/

the post on minecraftforums was a little while ago he stopped playing minecraft and made a GTA server he doesnt have ACCES to my account anymore

oh that, my brother stopped like one week ago, sometimes i play on the other server

I am going to go ahead and give you a chance, but I will warn you if we find out your brother is on your account,your account will be removed from the whitelist. Any issue he may cause while be on your account is your sole responsibility, and the excuse "My brother did it" will not hold water in an appeal.

Because of the compromise list, I will have to speak to an Admin to see if we can add you.

I have added you, but if you are vanilla banned because of your name being on that list, Kainzo will have to fix it I believe.
