I followed the instructions for the special key. It's just HC(first letter)(number of characters in name), right? Is it case sensitive (HCg11)?

I cannot tell you how to fix it. Read the guide carefully and look at the special key you used.

I see the issue (guess I shouldn't type in the dark). This is a little frustrating, if I'm honest, but I'll fix it if it's really that big of a problem. Also, the guide doesn't specify whether it needs to be case sensitive, but I've changed it to a lowercase g because that's the way it is in my username.

The case was not the issue, but you have since fixed the problem. Compare your current key with the one I quoted. I missed it as well, so don't feel bad.
