Read Update to rare-blocks rule

I've been away for a couple days as I moved to a new apartment, so forgive me if this has already been revealed.

Kainzo modified the rules regarding rare blocks on the wiki.

• Destruction of rare blocks and plants outside of towns and Dragongarde.
  • Rare blocks consist of diamond, gold, cracked-stone brick and mossy stonebricks.
    • iron, lapis lazuli as of 07/07/12 will be illegal to take as a rare block.

Correct.
Ironblocks and Lapis are both super common and will no longer be considered "rare" - ie you can't take it on 7/7

They are pretty rare, so I think they should be added

Under this thread (http://herocraftonline.com/main/threads/new-cauldron-recipes.24455/#post-221591) we will likely have an alchemist recipe for creating chiseled stone brick. Therefore, I would not consider it 'rare'.
