I read somewhere... I can't find it again, but that Mayors can not count as citizens, and rickrack21 doesn't seem to exist according to /lastlogin.

Mayors count as citizens -.- Only admins dont. And the /lastlogin is case sensitive.

Lol i don't live in this town I just track tree creepers every now and then to c if they are at airbus' shop. Those are the coords i often get when they arn't.

I don't even know my own towns coords. All I know is spire, IP, AB's shop, and friction.
