How long have you played HC: for like 5-6 days
How old are you: 13
Why do you want to join Riften: curse i need a cool city and i think it look epic (the wiki)
Other Towns you were part of: nope this is the first
What class are you: i am a caster
Future spec plans (class and profession): Geomancer/miner (it could be chanced)
How often are you active in game: prety much every day
Are you ok with paying a tax requirement each week: yes
Do you have TeamSpeak and a mic: no teamspeak but i got mic (i can get teamspeak if that is really importen)

i am still not in the city i dont got a plot how do i get this?? and do you take money when i dont have a plot????

Well for you to have a plot, you need to be online, you also need a manager to be online so that you can be shown what plots are available. And we dont just take your money, you have to pay us, so its under your control. As far as getting into the city, i would suggest walking there.

Well, sadly the managers do have commitments outside of this game, for instance College. Tjundis will be on the most, followed by myself and Whitekong512 equally. You are in the town and region so you can still come and go, at first you can set up in the Inn, which is in the center of town. Then just wait for a manager to be on and you can pick out a larger housing unit.
