I believed that the height limits were common knowledge. It is not a crisis we are having, but we do need money to expand upwards.
EDIT: Not to mention that I ask every new recruit if they want a higher up plot-outside regions-or an inside regions plot. Sammybobs was inside regions, but I never expected him to build past the normal height. Haha, while LF and BG fight for township first, I am sitting here with my CT veterans getting rich with our capitalistic system. I see why LF wants town upgrade, but I dunno BG. 100 x 100 is huge, more then enough for my 30 citizens. Once the Hamlet cap is 15, i'll boot all the inactives and useless people. If I get my hands in 20K, i'd use it to investing in TD shops and earn even more money.
