It tells you to put HCxy. X being the first letter of your name, and Y being the total amount of characters in your name

It is not. Im saying to substitute the numbers for the actual values. Where x is, you would put the first letter of your name, and where y is, you would put how many characters are in that name. Please fix this as I will not be able to review you otherwise

My apologises, but I cannot accept you into Herocraft. You have 3 unexplainable bans, and your account is shared with your brother. As he is under the age of 13, he is not the legal age to play, and we have no way of knowing if he would be playing or not.
