   • Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): From what I know, I have not been banned on any servers. I see no reason for there even to exist a ban on my Minecraft account as I play this for the sole entertainment of myself; not to ruin the experiance of others.
   • Referral(s)[Optional]: I am sorry. No referral brought me here. Perhaps one did, however I played on this server before I think 1 1/2 years ago.
   • Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: I have voted, yes.
   • Have you subscribed to our YouTube Channel? (Optional): I am sorry, I did not subscribe to HeroCraft's YouTube channel.
   • Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: I have read, understood and definately agree to the HeroCraft EULA(Rules) and HeroCraft's ToS(Terms of Service)
