As it stands right now, the ability to tame wolves is a bit underwhelming.
1.) They are pretty rare. Meaning the Ranger has to either go way out of his/her way to utilize the skill and/or just get very lucky.
2.) They are very fragile. With around 100hp, they don't last very long at all. While their damage is decent, they take the term "glass cannon" to a whole new level. With cannon being an overstatement.
3.) And with them being fragile, all it takes is one stray arrow, and they're dead.
4.) They just seem very gimmicky and unneeded in their current implementation.
Suggestion:
Replace the passive "Ability to tame wolves" with a "Summon Wolf" skill. Make only 1 wolf able to be active at a time. Take away the ability to make them "sit". Make them a "member of your party" so they can't be accidentally killed by friendly fire.

Summon Wolf
[110 hp / +2 per level]
50 mana
10 stamina
5 minute cd
10 second start up
Calls to the wild for a faithful companion to fight by your side til death.
Other possibilities:
Level 30
Cure Wounds
30 mana
4 stamina
30 second cd
2.5 second start up
Heals your companion for 40 hp and an additional 10 hp every 3 seconds for 12 seconds.
Level 10
Sick/Heel
3 stamina
Commands your companion to attack your target. Ceases assault and returns on second press.
