  3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain where/when): NEVER(maybe once...)! I try my best to not get banned, and so far, it worked. So, apparently, I/my brother had been banned on InTheLittlWood's server...I'm sorry...

? Dunno... I don't think I have been banned... Eh, maybe my brother did it...I know, it's cheesy, I'll ask him tomorrow. And for the age, I just hurried through it. I always choose 1995, just in case it asks me to be at least 18. Soo... yeah...I will edit it anyway.

He has access. It was my birthday present, but he wanted one too, so he and I share. He plays his servers, I play mine. Well, he sometimes plays on my servers when I'm not there. He is 10, a boy, and in 5th grade.

Because your younger brother has access to the account and does not meet the age requirement found in our ToS I am going to deny this application. Just because you 2 play on separate servers does not mean he is unable to go on HCO. It could be viewed as a method of getting around our ToS.
