I plan on abiding by the laws of the server and not starting any problems with anybody. Plus I really want to play a rogue, my favorite of all MMO/RPG classes.

SOME of the rules? Why not all of the rules. Plus I believe it is required if not strongly recommended to read ALL of the rules before accepting the End User License Agreement and Terms of Service.
