You seemed to have alot of bans form the last time you were reviewed and although I cant find any since then how do I know you've changed?

Imortaly was a public alternate account, it probably had a lot of bans because of others. Give me a chance I have changed and will show it ingame. How else am I able to show my matured-self EDIT: I've also waited a year to apply, why would I wait this long to exploit, hack? Anyways, whatever decision you make I can apply next year..
