Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): Im not going to lie, I have been banned before on other servers, I have used a hacked client to grief on a server back when Minecraft was still fairly new and in BETA. I never use hacked clients other than that occasion I mentioned above and I haven't griefed on servers where it isn't allowed for a very long time (I have no intention of doing it again, for that matter, It was only because I was playing with my friends)

  5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: Was looking for a Heroes / RPG server on PMC and I came across your post.
  6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: No, I was hoping to wait until I could actually benefit from the XP given to you from donating (After I become something other than LostSoul)
  7. Have you subscribed to our YouTube Channel? (Optional): No
  8. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes

  10. Reason you should be accepted: I think I should be accepted because, although I have made mistakes in the past, I try to follow all of a server's rules to the best of my abilities. I have been accepted on other servers' whitelists similar to Herocraft where griefing is not allowed. (A'therys Ascended, If you've heard of it). Servers with an RPG-Style are among my favourite kind and I would love to be apart of your community if you would accept me :)
EDIT: To add, I cant remember the name of the server I was banned on, sorry, It was a long time ago :l

Um.. It was probably back somewhere in 1.3-1.6 BETA (Back when Squids, Cake, etc.. Came out) Im not exactly sure because it was awhile ago.
