10. Additional Info: I have a shared IP with five other people because I live in a Town home unit, I pay monthly for it as part of my families cost. Some days I may not be on because it tends to lose power a lot):

Well based on the denial and the reasons for it, I am going to deny this application as I really do not have much faith in the fact you are a "separate" person. Of course, I tagged a mod to review it so if he feels you are honest, I will review the application. =)

And I have never known a town home to share IP addresses, at least where I live they never share them as the router is in each individual home.
