Your story:
All I want is the same as before: Just the compensatory founding and marking money which was lost when beta testing the war function on my town.

I'm actually not here to appeal as I did use pistons. I'm restating what I think should have be a fair result even if I had to use unconventional means to underscore it. If I'm told the game mechanics preclude total safety, then why afford a city, one which is/was likely partly built with server console assists ( Newerth Prime Surrounded by a wall of lava? This is in the rules, too.), the nod from some other technically valid, but buggy, game mechanics that remove safety?

It doesn't feel good , nor is it good, for anyone to be "cheated" out of something: Me or them.

What someone else is doing/has done has nothing to do with how or why you are banned, so the entire appeal is basically offtopic..
