Hey guys, Im getting the response: "java.io.IOException: Received string length longer than maximum allowed (163>100)" When Im trying to log into the server. The server is up, since I can connect, but logging in doesnt seem to work anymore. Dont really know why, but figured I'd share with you all if anyone else had the same problem.

Btw, I have not updated to 1.8, so I still have version 1.7.3.

I get the same thing, it's not mc.net because other servers are working, it has something to do with this servers host.

I completely agree. The new terrain is absolutely magnificent, and It would be great to see some proper mountains on the edges of the Herocraft map, it would be more of an RPG feel I guess... If it formed that way, anyway, I think they should possibly wait till 1.9 because of NPC villages, it would be a great interaction for players if they find a town with NPCs I'n them. But I don't care a lot, it's there choice.

Server is back up - Mojang decided to change the auth method and we had to compensate despite not moving to 1.8 yet.

Expect 1.8 within a few days! Thanks for being patient!
