Server status is up!
We had a hardware failure on two of the HDD's - we were unable to restore any of the data tonight, however I had a fresh backup of the map/levels to restore from. Coin/LWC's were rolled back 3 days (Thankfully we had a backup outside of our backups this close)

This is highly unfortunate and our failsafes failed in this case. On behalf of staff I apologize and hope it wasnt too harsh of a wait.

wow this really sucks, but I guess these things happen, and in a way we are lucky you had the forsight to back up the back ups. We all know you work you ass off on the server, and just wanted to say thank you once again.

Such is life. I just hope i wont lose much if there is a significant rollback. As Farroes said, keep up the good work and thanks for trying so hard to keep the server going.

The issue should now be fixed. I had to compensate for the space loss from the hardware failure, the mysql is now residing in an area that should have more than enough room.

Again, this took a lot of time and wasnt an easy or clean fix but it should sustain us until we can get in two new drives or find a better solution.

THERE IS NO REIMBURSEMENT

Is that what is causing my ''End of Stream'' error message? I have tried to log in for a while now and it aint working. My internet connection is fine, but it won't let me log into the server... :eek:

Server will be offline for routine patching for 1.8.1

We will have the server 'up' but it wont be accessible until 1.8.1 is fully installed. Eta = 6PM cst

We're up on 1.8.1

General:
Minecraft Update 1.8.1 patch applied on b1183 mod
Map increased by 1000R, the borders now extend to 3500R (over 90% size increase!)
Shroom growth returns...

Heroes:
Dragoon's can now gain mining exp.
Monks can now use wood and stone hoes.

EXP:
silverfish: 20
enderman: 50
cavespider: 35

DMG:
Enderman: 25
Silverfish: 10
Cavespider: 12

Skills:
Cleave - hit multiple enemies
Impale - Damage + Slight push
Silence - temp silences the victim from using skills
Several skills created/added - introduction of the "crafter" leveling skills (more to come!)
Woodcutting - increases the chance of dropping X material
Mining - increases the chance of dropping X material
Herbalism - increases the chance of dropping X material

Reagent Skills:

Classes:
Dragoon - NEW SKILL, Impale - lvl 50, 35% mana, cd 6s
Rangers - projectile-damage:
ARROW: 15
Dreadknight - Cleave, lvl 35
Samurai - Cleave, lvl 40
Thief - Silence, lvl 25, 50% mana 10s cd
