10. Additional Info: The reason I was banned was because my brother installed the ellian's item detector and started cheating in game, but rest assured I have deleted the mod and I will not be using any "cheats" while in this server. (I also changed my password so my brother can't get in >)

The ban for Crystal minecraft was for cheating with Ellians detector but as i've explained the mod has been taken care of since it was my little brother who downloaded it. And for the ban on Flux-Gaming I can honestly say I have no idea.
I periodically tend to take breaks from Minecraft (some are huge). I guess I was banned in Flux-Gaming in the beggining of my Minecraft experience? I can't tell you when I was banned either since I don't remember.
But I learned my lesson. I won't misbehave. Promise !

I changed my password, my brother has no access whatsoever to my minecraft or any downloads at all ^_^

I am going to go ahead and give you a chance, but I will warn you. Your account is your responsibility. If you brother gains access and causes any issues, you will be held accountable. The excuse "My brother did it" is not valid in a ban appeal.
