I may have another one but that was because my game glitched out and the owner thought I was hacking (my PCs not the best :/ )

8. Reason you should be accepted: I like RPG games and would love to see how servers implement them in minecraft. I am a law abiding player and am not in favor of strong language.

So your brother has access to your account?

He did, I have now changed the password. He now has his own account but he doesn't play minecraft any more

Whether it was unbanned or not is moot, as the ban is over six months old and I do not see any other instances of you being banned for a hacked client.

I do have to warn you that if your brother gets on your account and causes any issues, they are your sole responsibility. The excuse "My brother did it" is not valid in a ban appeal.
