Yes I do.

I believe I am good builder and a good community server. I don't think I have a better reason to get accepted then others. I just want to play on a good server and guess it is here.

If you own a server that is a RPG server, why would you apply to play on another RPG type server?

Well I have heared a lot of good things about Herocraft and I like to play on other servers. I don't mind playing on two rpg servers. My server focus on a lot other things then Herocraft so I believe there is a huge difference between them. RPG is just a theme with a lot of sub themes

We have had issues in the past with Admins from other servers committing intellectual property theft and violating the EULA.

I will tag a mod on this one, as I do not have a good feeling for some reason.

@Thamerwaste - Something feels off, so your advice please =)

A server 'Under Construction' sounds like the server needs more ideas. Don't get me wrong, I'm not accusing you of anything, but I see why there is suspicion of your motives. Usually being staff on a server is a full-time commitment, and not many venture off to others.

The fact that they have to agree with the EULA on the whitelist app makes a legally binding contract anyway.

I understand your concern. I can say so much that my server plan is already worked out. Of course I can't prove that I won't take any ideas from the server, but I hope you will trust me when I won't.

My name is Sebastian or move known as Sambhur. I am currently student in Denmark and is about to complete my first examens. I like spend a lot of time on minecraft and the minecraft forum. I have been playing since the alpha. I really enjoy RPG and PVP servers.

Like I stated before, I do not feel comfortable with allowing you on the server.

Although agreeing to the ToS and EULA is legally binding, having to go through the actual enforcement is a pain. If Thamer wishes to go ahead and tell me to whitelist you fine, but my gut feeling says no.

Sadly have been looking forward to play on the server. Anyway thanks for looking at my application and good luck with the server to the whole staff
