The 48 is what I say on most places, when they require you to be 13 or above. I used to put Jan 1st, 1964, but most things rejected that because it was fake-seeming (I needed to do that before I turned 13). So, I then made it Feb. 2nd, 1964, because it is easy to remember but still fake. I put the 15 on the other website because, again, you had to be older than 13, (if I recall correctly), but not an adult. The age I put (May 16th, 1997) is the age of someone I know, so it was also easy to remember, but people wouldn't go "You're 48?!??!!". My real age is 13. I wanted to be completely honest on this application because I really want to get in. If there is any way to prove I am 13, I will.
To answer your second question, I do not hold any staff positions on any other servers. After playing Minecraft for a year or so, I began to get bored. As a result of that, I was inactive on all the servers I played on and lost all positions of power, as on PvPZone.
