A thought for #7 --
People are saying it would cause problems, because the user of the skill could just flyhack and get the person they are impersonating banned, however would this name changer change the name of the user in the player list/chat? Or just the display name above your head?
I would think NoCheat would recognize the flier as who they really are, rather than who they are pretending to be.
