Some ideas for skills that I feel rangers are desperately in need of.

Rangers are masters of their environment. I feel that (if possible) rangers should get a skill where they get a buff based on what biome they are in. This buff could be passive applying to only the ranger or active applying to a group. Things such as improved swim speed for ocean biomes, improved jump for mountain biomes, and increased run speed for the plains biomes are all good examples of what I think would not only add flavor to the class but much needed utility. This skill could add temp stats as another option depending on the biome, endurance for desert biome and constitution (surviving on fat stores) for snow biome

Next I feel that multishot should be a passive skill that gives a % chance to shoot multiple arrows at no cost (extra arrows or stamina). This percent should increase at higher levels. I like the way that it works in the test server but I feel the costs outweigh the rewards.

Lastly (again if possible) a passive skill that removes the slow from drawing a bow, being that they are masters with a bow they should be able to move at normal speeds while drawing one.

1- The passives based on biome is gimmicky and can cause balance problems.
2- RNG is unfavorable and at time useless if it doesn't work when you want it to.
3- While it would be great addition, the coding required is finicky if nigh on impossible

Ok how about we specialize rangers a bit. Have a skill upon first starting a ranger where you choose a favored enemy, against this enemy you gain bonuses. Against this enemy you receive a 10-20% damage bonus as well as a 5-10% damage reduction. Your options for favored enemy would be the classes excluding base classes. So I could build a dragoon hunter and deal more damage against all dragoons while receiving less from them. Perhaps even a closer to precise track against said enemy.

This skill should be a one time only skill and can only be changed if you switch out and then back into the class.

Not a complete rip-off of DnDs "Favored Enemy" or anything.

This is a little dramatic - Rangers just got an awesome revamp!

Have you seen GrapplingHook?!?!?!

This is not a bad idea - but Ranger got so much cool stuff lately, I can hardly complain.

Dnd? do not disturb?

Ha ha, I kid.

Yes that's exactly what I am suggesting. So what if its not completely original.. I am just putting ideas out there.

How about making multishot passive but only fires 3 arrows at a time with no stamina costs, If damage needs to be tweeked then so be it. It would allow for an easier time hitting the target without burning resources.

Also I would like camouflage to work on more types of terrain.

I suggested this, but it is very paining to code. Not sure if it's even possible. It probably won't happen due to not mattering enough to take the time for it, more important things to work on on HC

Kk I think you Don't need multishot unless you don't have a very good aim or the target is very fast, that's just what i think, I don't use multishot a lot while I'm a ranger because i a believe it deals less damage and there are many times were I would have hit somebody but still had arrows loaded up so I don't hit, I also think if anything, ranger needs a nerf, I't Is pretty op at the moment with its melee damage again JUST MY OPINION
