Alright, so after reading though all of these and letting you guys discuss some points. I'm very glad that there has been a lot of feedback with suggestions and possible solutions (while kinda keeping it civil I suppose). Now, are there any more specific points people are Intrested in? Any more points you want to go I to more detail with?

Or let's just replace garrote on ninja with that %based stun like I suggested a while ago. 30%ish base and scales with charisma.

I like, i think base should be up'd to 30% though, otherwise unless you went crazy cha you wouldnt have a very good chance, and without the stun you probs lose.
