Alright, this Minecraft account is basically similar to this one here. I don't know if you are the same person (yet) or you could be siblings, friends or whatever but I ask that you please explain?

EDIT: You state you have no previous bans, but I found this where it doesn't necessarily give information on what you did to get banned so could you please, in great depth, tell me what happened.

Also stemming for that ban, one of the users said that you were previously the user "nephallum" who was "previously banned for griefing" - A quick check on that account yielded me the following offenses over here which state you for "griefing" and "heavy griefing around the server".

I suggest you be honest to me from now on, even your friends outlook on here doesn't look positive with what I found. He said this in regards to your MC IGN:

We are friends but not siblings I made my account about a month before his and he asked if he could use a name similar to mine. I agreed

But I believe that's bull, in reality it was because you wanted to escape you former account "nephallum" due to the things you had done on it. But fortunately for us, the past always catches up.

Why would these people be saying you're that person then? They have resources that can easily tell you have the same IP etc? I'll go on that site and ask myself then to further reinforce this if I have too.

Nephallum is not me whoever is saying that is a lier i have a friend telling me that he has banned a person named Nephallum. Nephallum is another wanna my friends he came over before he got minecraft i let him use my account to play offline. He might have gotten on that server and got banned then got on my account and played and got banned also. So i know what i have done and im sry for giving the account info i will change the password or any thing you need me to do ill do it.

Like your friend, I have also unfortunately decided to decline your application. Although your offenses are much less severe than his, you too have also committed offenses that give me reason to decline you. I believe you were once the owner of the account "Nephallum", that topic to me seems legit, in your response just above this, you state that one of your friend told you he banned a person with that name, yet that person (as said in the following sentence) is another friend of yours anyway, who tried your account - To me, I understand that was you did own the account regardless.

You also failed to tell me the truth in your previous bans, you acknowledge that your friend possibly could of gotten banned on the account which I'm sure you'd know about as the owner (having finally said in the final sentences that you'd change password or anything). Finally, being close friends with Connor it seems, you too could be a user of hacked clients and such, maybe smarter to not publicly show it but still used it in secrecy, I'd rather not take chances there.
