3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain where/when): Yes, CarrotFlowers. it was about a year ago. I wasnt allowed to say my side of the story (the "victim" was a favored mod who was only 12) so it doesn't count as a justified ban
4. Referral(s): None, but I saw it in minecraftforum and it looked promising
