I am having a difficult time believing you. The birth date is exactly 8 years different than the birth date you gave me, it is also exactly 10 years different than the age on your profile. Since the age given there does not meet the age requirement for our ToS nor COPPA and the fact I am having a difficult time believing you, the application is denied.

Regardless of whether or not it is you or your "brother", someone under the age requirement for our ToS has access to your account. Reason enough for me to leave the account on the greylist.

That doesn't prove anything. You can jump on Herocraft on either the regular Minecraft client or Spoutcraft client.

My decision stands.
