The ban there was for "greifing beds" when I simply found an abandoned house, needed to set my point to respawn, so I broke the bed and took it with me as resources to obtain wool were unavailable.

Since the ban is over a year old I am not too concerned with it.

As for the other bans, they are over a year old in some cases and the ban was removed 10 months ago. As long as they are aware we will not hesitate to ban if they continue with the same behaviour, accepting them is fine. =]
